SECURE AS FT KNOX

Tara was determined to make this place as secure as Ft. Knox. I said that if someone wants to break in, they will. Still, she was determined to find the best home security system she could. We had had a number of robberies in the neighborhood. Over a dozen, in fact; several on this block and a few on the next. People were worried. Nobody had seen these robbers. It was as if they were ghosts. The police were clueless as to who might be doing the robberies. Kids were suspected, but there was evidence that the thieves were more sophisticated than a bunch of students. They always ended up taking a PC or a laptop from the homes they robbed. The police were beginning to think that the thieves were targeting personal information, and warned everybody that had a break in to watch for strange purchases, and to check their credit records every so often. Jim and Sue were one of the first to have their home broken into. So far there was no suspicious activity on any of their accounts, and nothing seemed amiss. They seem relived at that so far. We helped them clean up their house. Who ever had broken in just tossed everything to the wind? It was a mess.
