LOVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

We are loving our new house! One look at our children is all it took for us to agree on the benefits of home security. We had a security unit installed right when we first moved into this place. My husband and I both decided we didn't want to take any chances when it comes to our safety. He already told me about one horrific event that happened to a friend of his. He and his wife were home with the kids. They had just moved into a brand new house and they had scarcely even decorated, let alone install any type of home alarm. The kids were in the kitchen helping their mom with a recipe and then they heard one of the windows shatter behind them. The wife thought it was a fluke or some type of defect with the house, but her husband had a strange feeling about it. Luckily, her husband is a police officer and he rushed over right away. And good thing he did because right as he got there he saw a person trying to escape through the window. Fortunately he had just come back from work so he was able to handle things from that point. Had the window not shattered it's likely the person would've made a successful entrance since they had no alarm. It's scary to think about! After that incident they didn't waste any time protecting themselves and they also didn't waste any time sharing that story with others so that they could protect themselves to.
